Privacy and confidentiality

Privacy Notice

How Alianza 4.0 handles information submitted through its technology-partner and industrial-challenge intake forms.

Two-stage confidential intake: Initial profiles and industrial challenges are collected without file uploads. Supporting documents may be requested later through a private, time-limited invitation issued by an authorized Alianza administrator.

Responsible organization

Alianza 4.0 de San Luis Potosí A.C., located at Aguamarina 1733, Jardines del Sur, 78399 San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, is responsible for the processing of information collected through these forms. Privacy inquiries and requests may be sent to contacto@alianza4cero.com.mx.

Information collected

Depending on the selected journey, we may collect company and contact details, organizational size and stage, industrial sector, geographic coverage, technology capabilities, certifications, business challenges, desired outcomes, collaboration interests and public reference links.

Files are not accepted through the initial profile. After an internal review, an authorized Alianza administrator may issue a private, time-limited invitation for selected documents. Technical abuse-prevention data may be processed for a limited period to protect the forms and confidential records.

Purposes

  • Review and classify technology-partner capabilities.
  • Understand industrial challenges and transformation needs.
  • Prepare an initial Alianza 4.0 conversation.
  • Identify potentially relevant internal programs, capabilities or technology partners.
  • Maintain confidential administrative records and a history of authorized review activity.
  • Protect the website and submission system against misuse.

No public profile or marketplace

Submission does not create a public company profile, marketplace listing or direct communication channel with other participants. Records are intended only for authorized Alianza 4.0 administration. Alianza will not publish a submitted profile or attachment without separate authorization.

Disclosure and collaboration

Information will not be disclosed to an external technology partner or industrial organization automatically. If a potential collaboration is identified, Alianza 4.0 will first determine the appropriate contact and authorization process. Service providers used for secure hosting and storage may process information only under applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

Security and retention

Alianza 4.0 applies administrative and technical controls intended to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. Access is limited to authorized administrators, files remain private, and administrative review actions are recorded. Records will be reviewed periodically and retained only while relevant to the stated purposes or applicable responsibilities.

You may request access, correction, cancellation or opposition regarding your personal data, limit its use, or revoke consent where applicable by writing to contacto@alianza4cero.com.mx.
